Institutional Governance
Christian Missions Theological College and Seminary (CMTCS) is governed through a structured framework designed to ensure spiritual oversight, academic integrity, and administrative accountability. The Seminary operates under the oversight of a Governing Board, which provides strategic direction, policy guidance, and institutional accountability. The Governing Board
The Governing Board of CMTCS is composed of individuals with experience in ministry, theology, education, leadership, and related professional fields. Board members serve in a fiduciary and oversight capacity and are entrusted with responsibilities that include:
- Upholding the doctrinal and missional identity of the Seminary
- Approving institutional policies and strategic plans

Academic Leadership
